Handle commercial disputes from pre-action through trial. This role is based on site in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will join the legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Draft pleadings, briefs and opinions
- Appear in court and at hearings
- Advise clients on dispute strategy
Requirements
- 3–5 years' post-call experience
- Strong advocacy and research skills
- Commercial dispute experience
