1. Scope
This policy applies to career services purchased through our website, such as CV writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimisation and career consultations. It does not apply to recruitment services for employers, which are governed by separate terms of business.
2. Full refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- you cancel before work on your order has started (see our Cancellation Policy);
- we are unable to provide the service you paid for; or
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
3. Partial refunds
If you cancel after work has started but before your first draft is delivered, we will refund the amount you paid less a proportionate charge for work already completed. We will explain how this charge has been calculated.
4. When refunds are not available
- After your first draft has been delivered, because the main work has been completed. Instead, you can use the revisions included in your package to make sure the documents meet the agreed brief.
- For a consultation that has already taken place, or that you missed without giving notice as described in our Cancellation Policy.
- Because you did not obtain an interview or job offer. Career services improve how your experience is presented but cannot guarantee hiring outcomes.
5. If you are not satisfied
If a delivered document does not reflect the information you provided or the features described for your package, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will consider a partial refund.
6. How to request a refund
Contact us at support@crownbridgeglobalrecruitment.com with your order reference (it begins with ORD-). We aim to respond within five business days.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. We will email you when the refund has been processed.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
