Advise on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters. This is a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will join the legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Run corporate transactions from term sheet to completion
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Advise on corporate governance
- Supervise and develop junior lawyers
Requirements
- 3–6 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience of mid-market M&A
