Provide practical legal advice across commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. This role is based on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will join the legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise the business on legal risk
- Manage external counsel
- Support regulatory and compliance matters
Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE, ideally with in-house experience
- Common-law qualification
- GCC experience preferred
