2. Using the website
- You must provide accurate information in any form, application or account.
- You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious files or submitting information on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
3. Job listings and applications
We take care to publish accurate job information on behalf of our clients, but vacancies may change or close without notice. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer. Hiring decisions are made by employers. We will not share your CV with an employer for a role you have not applied for or agreed to.
4. Career services
- Career services (such as CV writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimisation and consultations) are provided as described on the relevant service page, including the stated features, revisions and delivery time.
- Delivery times start once payment has been verified and we have received the information we need from you, such as your current CV and questionnaire.
- We do not guarantee that any document or consultation will result in an interview, job offer or particular salary.
- You are responsible for checking that documents we prepare are accurate before you use them. We write from the information you supply and will not include claims you tell us are untrue.
- Once paid for, you may use the documents we create for your own job search.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. An order is confirmed only when payment has been verified. See our Pricing Disclosure, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
6. Employers and clients
Submitting a recruitment enquiry does not create a contract. Recruitment services for employers are provided under separate written terms of business agreed before any search begins.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Crownbridge Global Recruitment and may not be copied without our permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a career service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of opportunity. The website is provided on an “as available” basis.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Crownbridge Global Recruitment is registered. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live continue to apply.
