Advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions and private-equity transactions. This role is based on site in Paris, France. The successful candidate will join the legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Lead due-diligence workstreams
- Advise on corporate governance and structuring
- Coordinate with tax, finance and regulatory specialists
Requirements
- 3-6 years' M&A experience in a law firm or in-house
- Admitted to the Paris Bar (avocat)
- Strong drafting skills in French and English
