Partner with business leaders on people strategy, employee relations and organisational change. This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, Austria. The successful candidate will join the people team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on people matters and employment law
- Lead performance and talent review cycles
- Support restructuring and change projects
- Work with the works council
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR business partnering
- Knowledge of Austrian employment law
- Experience working with a works council
