Oversee accounting, reporting and controls for a Luxembourg private-equity fund platform. This is a hybrid role based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The successful candidate will join the investments team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review fund and SPV financial statements
- Oversee capital calls, distributions and waterfalls
- Prepare investor and AIFMD reporting
- Manage auditors, administrators and depositaries
Requirements
- 6+ years in private-equity fund accounting or audit
- Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP or IFRS
- Experience with waterfall calculations
