Provide safe, effective pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This role is based on site in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will join the clinical team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Dispense and review prescriptions
- Advise clinicians and patients on medicines
- Manage pharmacy stock and controlled drugs
- Support medication safety initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years' hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology
- Excellent communication
