Design and develop mechanical components and systems from concept to production. This role is based on site in Manchester, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will join the engineering team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Produce 3D models and detailed drawings
- Carry out calculations and tolerance analysis
- Support prototyping and testing
- Work with manufacturing on design for production
Requirements
- 3+ years in mechanical design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
