Run day-to-day operations for a resort hotel on the Black Sea coast. This role is based on site in Varna, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will join the operations team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead front office, housekeeping and F&B teams
- Deliver guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage budgets and staffing
- Handle guest escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years in hotel operations management
- Experience in resort or seasonal hotels
- Strong leadership skills
