Lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the executive team. This role is based on site in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will join the finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, reporting and controls
- Manage cash flow, funding and banking relationships
- Oversee tax, audit and regulatory compliance
- Build and develop the finance team
Requirements
- 10+ years' finance experience including leadership roles
- Experience in a regional or international business
- Strong commercial acumen
