Lead an accounts-payable team in a Riga shared-services centre. This is a hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia. The successful candidate will join the finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the accounts-payable team
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- Manage supplier queries and reconciliations
- Improve processes and controls
Requirements
- 4+ years in accounts payable, including team leadership
- Experience with SAP or Oracle
- Strong organisational skills
